​If you have found this page, you, like many others have recently got engaged or are helping plan a wedding [or event], but you have no idea where to begin or how to budget for your BIG day. So below we have put together the ultimate wedding flowers guide giving you all the information to prepare for your special day.

With social media [our Instagram], finding inspiration is as easy as a few clicks. Personally, I find it incredibly helpful when a client has a Pinterest board or photos to truly understand your style and theme. However, keep in mind that most styled shoots and published weddings often have a high to limitless budget. The list of popular flowers and greenery below may help begin your search.

We're not going to upsell you things you don't need, and when you give us a budget, that's what you will get quoted for.

You provide us with your color palette and budget, then we will use our boutique magic to provide you with the most memorable setting for your big day based on your needs using the freshest seasonal blooms.
Micro
​For those who can't wait to start their happily ever after, we are here for you. During Covid-19, micro and virtual weddings have become the new "in" thing, while others may feel better planning from the comfort of their own home.
Destination Wedding
Travel plans? No problem, our team is happy to go as far as your imagination takes you. In the states or abroad, we will bring the same top notch experience to you and your guests... wherever that may be. (Destination fees based on location).

Pricing

We understand it's difficult to know how much flowers cost, determine your budget, and decide what decor will make your wedding day perfect. Below I have put together the ultimate wedding [and event] flowers price guide to help you budget for your perfectly YOUnique fairytale wedding day.

​These prices are based on my weddings over the last 8 years to give you a solid starting point, but it will ultimately depend on the flowers you choose and the time of year. This will allow you to get an initial estimate yourself and basic pricing knowledge before our consultation. Keep in mind holiday’s typically result in higher prices, especially: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

LABOR FEES
These are our standard flat fees regardless of the size of the wedding. Many people think that floristry is fun and easy, which it definitely is fun, but the average time to make each piece perfect can take thirty minutes to hour on average. Especially bridal bouquets and centerpieces, while arch and garland designs can take several hours each to prepare. Sometimes certain displays can only be made on site, which sounds like less time, but in fact is much more difficult because there is a limited time at venues for setup prior to each wedding, so often times there will be two or more people extra to design and setup. This does not include the sourcing or time consuming process of prepping the product after pickup, like clean and fill buckets, dethorn roses [and others] for safety, remove excess foliage to prevent mold, dye or tint early [if applicable] to avoid odor, and create any garland or arch base structures ahead of time.

We can't speak for other florists, but we offer a lower labor fee because we do not have the extra overhead of a brick and mortar shop allowing us to pass the saving to our clients. In your quote you will see that we do NOT include labor in any item pricing, however we have a accumulative labor line item below the tax line covering design, delivery, setup, pickup, and repurposing if applicable. We do this because labor fees are NOT supposed to be taxed and it is the honest way of doing business. You should know what you are paying for.

Inquiry
​
To setup a consultation you can call, email, or send an inquiry on our website where you can answer some preliminary questions to get a sense of what you need. We offer consultations in person, and via phone or video call.
Consultation
Before the consult we request you to provide us with your budget and any inspiration photos or a link to your Pinterest board. These are vital details needed as a florist [and most vendors] to get a sense of your style and to give our best recommendations. At this time we will discuss many things including your color palette, style or theme, flowers and greenery, personal flowers, ceremony decor, repurposing options, reception decor, and centerpieces, along with any other special requests you may have. The initial consultation and proposal are completely free of charge.
PROPOSAL
Typically within a week you will receive a very thorough proposal. We start with the day of details, event theme notes, and an inspiration board. Next we include a full list of flowers and greenery, including a bloom board when needed. Followed by the the itemized quote, including simple visual details for each item. Many times we note suggestions and alternatives like design, flower substitution, budget, etc. When necessary, we even provide hand drawn sketches to help you visualize the big day.

Need to make changes to your proposal, no problem. You can either email us changes or setup another consult to discuss your ideas in detail. The first adjustment is always free because we know details can get lost in translation (on both sides lol), and we want your day to be nothing less than perfect! Further adjustments however will require a nonrefundable fee of $10-20. If you book with us, any charges will be put towards you deposit. This is to ensure we are at least compensated for our time.​

There will be a three month expiration on pending proposals until further notice since the floral industry has been hit extremely hard by the pandemic causing varying availability and constant price fluctuations.
BOOKING
Once the proposal is perfect and you're ready to book, we will send you an email invoice via Square. Therefifty percent non-refundable deposit which holds/confirms your day. The remaining balance is not due until three months prior to the wedding date.
SAMPLES
For those that want a little extra piece of mind we offer half priced samples for any items you need. Weddings over five thousand will receive complimentary samples typically of the guest table setup, bridal bouquet, and boutonnière. Events over five thousand will receive a complimentary table mockup.
CHECK IN
Around the time of your final payment, a month before the big day, we will reach out to verify if anything has changed like bridal party and table count, or any last minute additions. This is typically the last time you will hear from us until we see you on your wedding day. unless you need anything from us
DELIVERY + SETUP
All weddings are required to be delivered so we can guarantee the perfect condition of your wedding decor. You can expect our team to arrive three or more hours before the ceremony to allow for any unforeseen issues [traffic and parking especially] and to make sure your wedding decor is absolutely perfect. Many couples choose to repurpose bouquets and ceremony decor at the reception, in this case we stay tucked away until photos have been taken after the ceremony before transitioning the items. Unless you are utilizing our rentals, we will at this point leave.
FOLLOW UP​
We usually wait about a week to follow up with you via email to congratulate you one last time and make sure everything was perfect of course. Plus we always attach our Google review link for you to let others know about your experience.

We are located in Clearwater, Florida, but we service beyond Pinellas County, in fact we travel to anywhere in the United States that your heart desires. Our destination weddings are just as simple to book. From your initial quote you will know every detail including any destination fees that may be applied. These are mainly based on travel, board/work space [i.e. hotel], product transport, and days required. To inquire click here.
